Popular counties for elopements include Teton County in Jackson Hole, Park County near Yellowstone, Laramie County in Cheyenne, and Sweetwater County around Rock Springs. Both parties need to be at least 18 years old, though individuals aged 16 or 17 may marry with parental consent.
