Liz is Short for "Lizbeth", but you can call me Liz. I'm a wife, dog mom to two dreamy golden retrievers, and a believer with a heart for loving and obeying God in everything I do.
Beyond the lens, I love music, traveling and watching my favorite movie: The Notebook. My destination weddings and elopements have taken me to places like Hawaii, Oregon, Colorado, and California, each destination inspiring my work and perspective in unique ways.
It's a privilege to capture life's most beautiful moments, and I'm so thankful to walk this journey with faith, love and purpose.

We are dog parents to these two cuties golden retrievers. They almost share the same birthday. Theo is 12/20 and Callies is 12/11. Theo is an introvert. He prefers being alone and doesn't love being around people for so long. Callie is the opposite! She is the extravert. She loves being around with everyone for the longest time. They both love each other and are bestest of friends. They keep out lives busy. Life has been so fun these past 7 years!
My hubby, Edgar, and I met in Charlotte, NC while at ministry school. We dated long sitance for a year and a half, and got married 10 months after our engagement. We've been married for 7 years. We love Jesus and each other. We also love walks in the parks, movies, ice cream dates. We are youth leaders at my church.
My love for photography started when I took over our family's camcorder, snapping pictures and recording videos at every chance I got. As a teenager, My family and I would go to the smoky mountains every year, and that's where I fell in love with God's creation.
IBefore Jesus truly transformed my life, I lived a double christian life. That is why I am a huge fan of being real, and that reflects in my work. (more of that in the next section.)
What began as a passion has grown into a beautiful business these last four years. I vividly remember praying and asking God if this was what I am meant to do and pursue this dream, I promised to always photograph every wedding and couple with gratitude, joy and honor.

Here is my approach
These are all characteristics and elements that I value and focus on while I am behind my camera documenting and while editing. You could say I'm a "fly on the wall" type of photographer. Even though I hate flies, Ha. Unless I'm giving you prompts to help you be more comfy and confident in front of my lens, you will usually find me a few steps back to give you and your love some intentional moments by yourselves & allow space for you both to naturally interact with each other. This combo = nostalgia and intimate feels.
I document the day and moment as it was. Stormy day? Super cloudy dark skies? Windy hair? All of that stays in! It captures the true element of what the day looked and felt like. I only photoshop blemishes and if people are in the background that distract from telling your story.
You will also see my work reflect true to life tones with a hint of film and cinematic flare.
